The document "confirmation about the Foreign tourist" (question still open). We received from the hotel and from you the following documents (see attached). 2. The issue concerning your authorities (if You dont have the authority nor competence to issue the required document, why have not You nor any of the contacted from the hotel or org-commitee guided us whom to turn to)? 3. If its not Your function to help us with these matters, what is then your function? We understand that you can not issue all documents but it must lay in your competence to communicate with the right people who will.
